This Dairy Barn built in 1912 is completely remolded, beautiful wood work with stair access to the top 1000 sq.ft. floor loft. Drive around the back where parking is provided next to stair entrance. Full kitchen and bathroom, one queen bed, one fold out Futon couch, gas heat stand alone fireplace. Very private. Self check in.

Nestled on 5 park-like acres, our home has plenty of space with close proximity to town, Mt Baker, trails, lakes and the bay. The apartment includes the entire lower level of a two story house. It is very cozy yet spacious and has property trails and a pond to explore. If you have a larger group check out the Pond View Cottage located on the same property. If you are a traveling nurse or have need for a mid term stay please feel free to inquire. We offer discounts for longer stays.

The amount of hiking is unlimited whether it be along the south-side of the mountain famous for its shoreline or the woods, streams and interurban trails. A just built studio with privacy all around it. The studio is just 1000 sq. feet but looks much bigger because of the wrap around concrete patio and covered parking area. Full kitchen addition 2024.

Amy and I rescued and updated this neighborhood, turn of the century, 800+ sf craftsman home in 2016. The Bungalow is located within walking distance of both WWU (1 mile) and downtown Bellingham (0.8 miles) and the neighborhood boasts several great breweries and dining options. The bungalow is located on a dead end, single-family street.

The Garden Gate (B&B Permit #USE2o19-oo3o)

We would love to welcome you to our Garden Gate Suite. This is a 2nd story room with a bathroom. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. With a completely private entrance you have access to a garden space and views of Bellingham. Seasonal fireplace and AC unit as space gets quite warm in the summer season.
