15 minutes from the highways , new house of 76 m2 in private property, automatic gate with remote control at your disposal . Bed linen, towels provided free of charge. New equipped kitchen with crockery, Senseo coffee machines, oven, microwave, steam cooker, washing machine, garden furniture, 1 hour from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Jonzac (thermal cure) 5 minutes from St Genis de Saintonge, 30 minutes from the beaches of Royan, Meschers. Many sites to visit, Pons, Saintes, Talmont...

Quiet accommodation, all comforts, 5 minutes from Jonzac

New 35 m² cosy "La grange" cottage, fully equipped, on a nice green corner where you can rest in peace, no neighbours and 5 min from Jonzac. You will find all the shops, ideal spa guests (7 min away) Casino, West Indies water park, the convention center and leisure base. Beaches in less than 45 min. "The cottage is for 2 adults, and the sofa can only be used for 2 children, please. "Special rate for spa guests: €750 to €850/3 weeks depending on the period. (not in summer)

For the period July August the reservation is blocked at 7 days minimum on the listing "Air-conditioned stone house rented by the week".

Non-smoking accommodation 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, 1 bed 80 tv, wifi, terrace with barbecue large courtyard, to park your vehicle, shared with the owners, I have a very nice female Labrador who walks around the property. We are 10 km from Saintes, 25 km from Royan, 35 km from La Palmyre, 40 km from Ile d'Oléron
