It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). The 26 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. On 44 m² on the ground floor of our single-family house there is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a small shower room. The area offers many opportunities for leisure activities ( e.g. hiking, cycling, water sports).

The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been guest rooms since 1940. In 2024/2025, the building in the 4th generation was extensively renovated to the latest standard with a lot of love for detail. Enjoy the quiet location with private access (200 meters) to the natural beach "Norgaardholz" directly on the Baltic Sea coast in Angeln / Schleswig-Holstein.
