Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 2 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, with private patio and garden. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

The Gîte de Malivert is located in the village of Paunat, at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers The 147 m2 cottage is a newly renovated farmhouse with simplicity it consists of a large 57 m2 living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (towels and bed linen provided) In the garden, you can enjoy the private pool on one side and a dining area with barbecue on the other The Malivert cottage is ideally located between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat
