Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

West-side Trailhead Retreat in the Sonoran Desert

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Desert landscaped yard features mountain, city views, and patios. Very quiet neighborhood. A favorite stay for long and short term guests!

Come stay at the Saguaro Casita at Cat Mountain! Located feet from Tucson Mountain Park and Cat Mountain Station, this location is perfect for nature lovers and style hunters alike. The building was built around a John Wayne museum in the 1950's, but converted into three 1,200 sq. ft casitas in 2023. The colorful décor in the space is locally sourced, creating a vintage ranch vibe surrounded by saguaros. It is perfect for travelers looking to relax in the Sonoran Desert.

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.
