Located on a large farm, relax at this beautifully converted barn whilst enjoying the magnificent sweeping views across the countryside. This is a truly special place to get away from it all. Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. Enjoy a barbecue for dinner followed by some stargazing around the fire pit. In winter, underfloor heating and log burner will keep you cosy. The views are all year round!

The Garden Annex has a double bedroom, spacious sitting room/diner, bathroom with walk-in shower, small well equipped kitchen and a private outdoor terrace. There is off-road parking in a lay-by next to the annex. Ideally situated for exploring Bath, The Cotswolds and lovely local villages Lacock and Castle Combe. Close to historic Corsham's shops, pubs and restaurants.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The perfect family friendly retreat. Recently restored this pretty Georgian detached wharf cottage set within an acre of idyllic gardens abutting the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal. The Flat at Axfords Patch offers modern and self contained accommodation. It is 13 minutes walk to the National Trust village of Lacock. The property is next door to the well known Whitehall Garden Centre, famous for its Christmas displays. There are two cafes available at Whitehall and there are a further 3 pubs with dining in Lacock. Plenty to explore nearby whether on foot with one of the many local walking routes or by car (e.g. Bath, Longleat, Castle Combe).
