There are over an acre of gardens to enjoy with fishing rights on the Blackwater River which borders the property. There is one double bed, one small double sofa bed, and a folding single bed (using all beds will use all available space in the cabin) . There is also a large bathroom with electric shower, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, single hob and kettle. A television and dvd player with a selection of dvds is also provided (no netflix etc) , along with a breakfast hamper.

We offer outstanding views across the Kyle of Sutherland and are situated in quiet countryside. Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the bothy has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons this may not be the place for you!
