The deck overlooking the lake and private dock with boat slip is located across the street on the lake side of the property. The house is not on the lake. Close to all the marina's. Right in the heart of Bourbon country. Please note: Lake is currently at winter pool level. The steps down to the dock do not reach the dock walkway. You must walk the rock bank down to the dock at this time. Please see pictures.

Located directly on Lake Herrington in a no wake zone cove. Shared dock access with home owners . IMPORTANT: During late fall and winter the winter level makes the dock unusable. Water returns to summer pool level by spring for boating season.

As my husband (Fred) and I were living in Lexington, and still working. We took every opportunity to come down to our lake house. Now that we have moved into a house on the property we thought other people might enjoy the peace and quiet, the swimming and fishing. We have a dock that we let our renters use. Bring your boat or sea-doo. There are several marinas nearby where you can put in. We look forward to hosting you and your family and pets.
