Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Grandads House - 200 Year Old Cottage

Recently refurbished 200 year old cottage. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Is also has a double sofa bed so has the potential to sleep 6 people. It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. 2 person per cabin only.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our Orchard Gallery Apartment is situated in the middle of Highbank Organic Orchards with views from all sides of the farm. The Apartment is part of my house, built on the farm 15 years ago and boasts lavish floral works of art, painted by me, on its walls. A wonderful natural light flows throughout the apartment with wide vistas of the farm from every room. A quite, comfortable rural retreat for anyone on business or pleasure .

Wren's Nest is a unique off grid retreat nestled among the trees at the back of our wild cottage garden. It is the ideal place to relax with a book and enjoy the many small birds and wild plants that share the space. It is a great base for walkers and cyclists to explore the surrounding pretty villages and beyond. What better way to spend an evening than to cook in the out door kitchen and dine under the stars.

This beautifully restored detached former village School dates back to 1895 and offers a unique & interesting base from which to enjoy the stunning countryside in the South East of Ireland. Oozing character & charm inside, whilst the terraced gardens & seating areas boast stunning panoramic views. The Cottage lies 10mins drive to the Waterford/Dublin Motorway. Adjacent to our family home, Rose Cottage offers guests a separate yet cosy studio space complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Guests are welcome to roam our garden during their stay and to enjoy the variety of plants and trees.
