A large parking space is available directly at the house free of charge. The garden of the house is completely fenced.

Hygiene: Reinigung durch Profis, Waschmaschine direkt im Haus und frei verfügbar. Das Wohnzimmer und die zwei Schlafzimmer wurden 2025 von Grund auf saniert und erhielten einen Dielenboden. 2026 entstand ein neues Terrassendeck aus Holz.
