Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen ist diese kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Auf Anfrage können hier drei Personen übernachten, die dritte Person darf in dem Alkoven unter der Treppe schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich durch eine Tür schließen. Über diesem meerchenhaften Apartment befindet sich die Nordstrandnixe über Land.

In the landmarked house right in the center is the stylish little apartment "Der Beamte." The official lives in a living/bedroom with double bed, dining table, desk & TV on the first floor. In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.

The 1000sqm property has a sauna house, an outdoor whirlpool for 4 people and an open fireplace in the living-dining area. Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large shower room with a walk-in shower and a double sink. There is also a washer-dryer in the upper bathroom. A large parking space is available directly at the house free of charge. The garden of the house is completely fenced.

Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
