Large, nice house on a large plot

Beautiful Swedish wooden house, on a large plot. There is a nice outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and sink. There's a solar-heated outdoor shower. There are bicycles available at the house: 1 tandem, 2 mountain bikes, 1 men's bike, and 2 women's bikes, plus a bicycle trailer. Pull-along toy for young children. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a 3/4 bed, and a room with bunk beds, where one bed is a small double bed. There's also a large loft. Shelter in the garden for sleeping outside. There is a charge of DKK 3 per KW of electricity. Guests are responsible for cleaning before leaving the house.

Cozy Swedish vacation home

In the middle of the forest, and close to the ferry's arrival and a good beach, is our holiday home, 90 m2 plus 15 m2 annex with plenty of space for up to six people. The house is not suitable for people with cat allergies, as the owners themselves have cats. The house is a Swedish holiday home, well insulated and with a wood-burning stove, cozy kitchen and living room in one, large terrace and 5500 m2 plot with enclosed cat yard, greenhouse and raised beds, outdoor furniture, fireplace and free firewood. Can also easily be rented in autumn and winter, e.g. Christmas and/or New Year on Læsø.

The house is originally a farmhouse, built in 1782 with 4 hectares of land. 50 tons of seaweed were placed on the main house in 2017. Apartment B is made in the former stable and barn. And apartment A is the original living room house. For example, there is a manger, water post and most places high to the ceiling. Under the thatched roof, the back is visible. We have had the house since 2008 and therefore there has been the same owner for 54 years. We have preserved a lot of the old. In 2018/19, new floor heating, electricity, water and sewage were installed

Our beautifully decorated cottage has a unique location. In the middle of nature, 300 meters to the sea and 800 meters from Østerby Harbor, where there is a grocery store, marina, restaurants, shops and a relaxed atmosphere. And just 3 km to Læsø Golf. Læsø is fantastic all year round, and our house is the perfect setting. There is an adjoining annex with a double bed and a private bathroom/toilet as well as a TV. Whether you are a family or three couples who want to enjoy Læsø, there is plenty of room for everyone. Private parking with space for 3 cars.

Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

Annex

The annex is 25 m2 and is located 500 meters from Vesterø harbor, with easy access to ferry, beach, shopping, restaurants and shopping. The house is bright and newly renovated with a kitchenette (hob, electric kettle, air fryer, tableware, toaster, etc.), bathroom, a bedroom (160x200), a loft with two mattresses (80x200) and a sofa bed. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is located in the backyard of a 2400 m2 private property, with the possibility of access via Tværvej and parking of car in the backyard.

The beach, which consists of sand without stones, is 150 meters from the house and is perfect for playing, a dip, evening sun, surfing or a walk. The house is about 1000 m from the harbor with cozy fishing boats, restaurants, fishmonger, hardware store and bakery.

The interior design is practical and simple, with a focus on light and cosiness. There are plenty of lovely outdoor cosy spots.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
