Cozy little annex.

This small annex is centrally located with a short distance to Kongstenhallen, golf course, Old Town with ferry to the city center and good bus connections. A short distance to the grocery store. The annex is located in our garden and contains a bed that can be pulled out to a double bed (with two single mattresses of 80 cm), duvets and pillows, a small and simple kitchenette with simple facilities as well as shower and toilet. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee. 300 per person. Pets are not allowed. Smoke free.

This is a newly renovated basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
