Gålå is an old fast development tourist destination. Snow proof, 630 km of ski trails and alpine slope. Gålå Handel which has "everything", and Gålå Hotel is in the immediate vicinity and Røsslyngstua Café is open and with delicious food on the menu. In the summer there are also countless hiking opportunities, High and Low climbing park, frisbee golf and open seats at Solbråsetra where the budeia Anne Hov invented Gudbrandsdalsosten in 1863. There is more culture: Peer Gynt convention in July/August, Rondaståk in June and a short way to the Country Festival at Vinstra

Cross-country skiing runs right past the cabin, and the area offers great hiking opportunities all year round. The cabin has fiber internet, its own TV lounge, fireplace and heat pump that provides a comfortable temperature both summer and winter. Walking distance to convenience store. Perfect for both relaxing and outdoor activities such as biking, fishing and mountain hiking in the summer, as well as cross-country skiing and skiing in the winter.

Arnemoen

Arnemoen is located in rural surroundings along the pilgrimage trail well 1 km up from the village Ringebu and Ringebu Skystation. The house is at the bottom of 50 sqm, consists of a living room with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, and a stall, and is closest to a cozy little cabin to the rain. Arnemoen Gard arranges concerts with Norwegian and foreign quality artists, and the living unit is a natural part of the farm environment. Short way to Kvitfjell Alpine resort, ski slopes and bike/hiking trails. Good hunting and fishing opportunities nearby.

New cottage built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski resort, with alpine slopes and cross country trails. 5-10 min walk to High and Low Gålå (climbing park), ski resort, cross country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to the Peer-Gynt game. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, a family bunk and a single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with cozy fire pit and seating.

Welcome to our charming, cozy and simple cabin, ideal for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings close to Peer Gynt road and Gudbrandsdal Leirskole Fagerhøi 930 meters above sea level. Quiet atmosphere and fresh mountain air with bike trails, hiking and skiing trails right outside the door. 5 comfortable beds, kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Possibility of additional space with two fully equipped annex with sleeping places.

Kårstua at Viken Fjellgård, right next to fishing lake

En times kjøretur fra Lillehammer ligger Viken Fjellgård ved innsjøen Espedalsvatnet. Og om man ønsker å hygge seg inne med fyr i ovnen, noe varmt å drikke, en god bok eller et spill, eller om man vil ut på ski, gå en tur på truger, en sparktur, isfiske, brenne bål, lage snøhule og snølykt, eller bare se på stjernene, så kan dette være stedet. Her er det milevis med preparerte skiløyper. Løypene begynner rett utenfor gården, eller man kan kjøre et lite stykke for å starte turen på høyfjellet.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.

Willkommen in Snowcake Cottage, unsere luxuriöse Holzhütte mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer einzigartigen Aussicht auf den Gålå-See sowie das Jotunheimen Gebirge. Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.

For rent is a new "cosy" cabin in Gålå. Relax at 860 meters above sea level with a beautiful view of Lake Gålå and the surrounding mountains. Directly accessible from the cabin is one of the largest networks of cross country tracks in Norway. The local alpine slopes are great for families. For those after more challenges, Kvitfjell and its world cup slopes is only a 40 minute drive away.
