You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. New independent studio on a beautiful property. You will be completely in the countryside but close to Nîmes ( 10 min ). The studio of about 35 m2 is composed of a beautiful room with kitchen and a bathroom. It is attached to a large villa of 300 m2 on a plot of 2800 m2 on which you can park. Our family of 6 live in the villa on a daily basis. You can take advantage of the swimming pool and bocce court if weather permits.
