This beautifully decorated home is a quick 15 minute walk to the FSU stadium, a 5 minute walk to various restaurants, a 7 minute drive to FAMU, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. The home is equipped with TVs in each room, a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee bar, and shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy spending evenings relaxing on the newly built deck out back and have convenient access to two assigned parking spots in front of the home!

Relax in the bed swing with a good book or sit on the dock and take in the amazing sunsets. You'll love the dock house; it gives you the feel of being on a houseboat.

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

You will love your morning coffee on a screened porch listening to birds in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A lighted dock with "mancave" provides access to 24-hour fishing.

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting the mission of the farm. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
