Welcome to us! We rent out a studio with its own entrance and bathroom and free parking space. City center about 3 km. Bus stop approx. 300 m. Grocery store approx. 500 m. Ice hockey hall and handball hall (Storhamar) about 2 km. The studio is just as suitable for you who are studying, as for you who are going to Hamar on other occasions. The studio is equipped with a bed (150 cm) and WiFi. The place has no kitchen, but there is a kettle, fridge and microwave. We have Furuberget as the closest neighbor with nice hiking opportunities.

The stone cabins at Kastad farm are located undisturbed in fantastic natural surroundings. The cabin in the forest, like the other cabins, has stunning views of Mjøsa and Kastadtjernet. Here you can relax and wake up to a delicious breakfast basket with freshly baked croissants. Suitable for 2 persons. Skogen is one of 3 stone cabins on the farm. The other two are Røysa and Åkeren. Familie på fem bor i resten av huset, så noe støy må påberegnes, da det er noe lytt mellom etasjene.

Det gamle sommerfjøset til Hovelsrud Gård ligger idyllisk til mellom Mjøsa og en bølgende kornåker – et enkelt og unikt sted for den som vil komme tett på naturen og nyte roen på Helgøya. Huset passer best for et par eller en liten familie med inntil to barn. Inne er det et soverom og en åpen stue. Ute er det en kjøkkenbenk, med et gassbluss og grill, en liten strand med bademulighet og utedo. Det er ikke strøm.

Start of the tour

Simple and peaceful accommodation in scenic surroundings. The cabin's location is on the northern side of Furuberget, and with lots of hiking trails and only 800 meters walk from the beach at Mjøsa, this is a good starting point for trips, relaxation and fun. Walking or cycling along the promenade from Jessnes to Hamar is a great trip of about 8 km, and a great starting point for many nice experiences.
