My apartment,located in the center of Rosario is very warm and functional, it is 10 min.caminando from Parq.España (Costanera Río Paraná) 4 min. from the center (Paseo del Siglo) The neighborhood is very quiet, with many trendy bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. It is safe and has a very good connection with public transport. Good for couples, business travelers, and those who want to discover Rosario, with its wonderful spaces, people, and culture .
