Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

Føns is the place where there have always been people

Bjælkehus! så et rigtig hytte/sommerhus, hvor det emmer af mormor hygge! Ingen tv , eller internet ,men masser af bøger og spil .(der er god 5 og4 G forbindelse). Det er hyggeligt når brændeovnen er tændt, huset kan også opvarmes med varmepumpen, opvarmning kan startes inden ankomst. Med 200 meter ned til Fønsvig, hvor der er en badestrand., samt en lille badebro, hvor man lige kan snuppe en morgendukkert. Hvis man er til fiskeri, tager man ud og fanger havørred, samt andre fiskearter .

Unique wooden cottage in classic cottage style with scenic location. The wooden cottage will form the perfect setting for a romantic getaway for two people. From the cabin there is a sea view to the south. Only 25 meters from the cabin there is a view of Æbelø. From the living room you can see the sunset, and from the bedroom you can see the sunrise. It is 100 m to the water and 300 m to the low tide road to Æbelø. The plot is 223 m2 and there is parking on the lawn.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East.
