Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

A beautiful and spacious house to enjoy your holiday in Madeira. From the private pool & BBQ terrace there are breathtaking ocean views over the bay of Funchal. The Botanical Gardens are 10 mins walk away and there is a bus stop 30 seconds away, taking 5mins to the centre. 3 mins walk away there is a restaurant, Sesamo bakery & mini supermarkets. The Aerobus stop is also a few minutes walk away. A fantastic view from the terrace to watch the world famous Madeira New Years Eve firework display.

Beautiful typical Madeira House, where to spend a SAFE holiday! If before Covid we were immaculate in cleaning, now our home is even CLEANER and SAFER! High levels of hygiene with a minimum 2 days on each Check out/in... to let the House breath without guests :) Wonderful Garden with Madeira flowers around and a superb magnificent view from our terrace. 10 minutes easy walking to the city center, or by Bus, 2 minutes, near of Market place and Supermarket!
