La Casita Volcán is located in the wine-growing region of Monte Lentiscal. It has an area of 80m2 of housing and 100m2 of terrace and garden. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single pull-out beds. The kitchen and bathroom have all the necessary amenities to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The house was built in 1912 by Mr. Alejandro Hidalgo y Romero, who made his fortune in Cuba. The building is an excellent example of the Modernist or Art Nouveau style of Las Palmas from the early 20th century. Our grandfather acquired the building in 1946, and it has been the family home ever since. We have tried to preserve the essence and flavor of the old days and combine it with new amenities. The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis.
