Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Det er kort vei til sentrum, badestrender og restauranter, så dette er virkelig en fin plass til å nyte sommerdagene. Én bilplass kan brukes - si ifra ved booking om det trengs. Unique family cabin in the treetops south of Drøbak. At the heart of a cul-de-sac you will find a unique cabin with immediate proximity to the beach and water (150m to the sea). This year-round cabin was built in 2017 and is a fantastic starting point for both relaxation, sport and leisure in summer and winter. Drøbak center is approx. 10 minutes away by bike and approx. 50 minutes on foot.
