Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Velkommen til dette sjarmerende huset som ligger rett ved sjøen i vakreste Drøbak. Det er egen inngang til huset og et område man kan grille og spise utenfor. Det er kort vei til sentrum, badestrender og restauranter, så dette er virkelig en fin plass til å nyte sommerdagene. Én bilplass kan brukes, men det må avtales på forhånd. Ved to gjester: si ifra om det ønskes separate rom. Meld ifra om dere trenger babyseng (reiseseng).

We rent out a small mini-house in Hagen våres, but still very private, beautiful views of the Oslofjord. 15-20 minutes to walk to the city or the beach! Private porch with garden furniture and barbecue! No pets or smoking on the porch! Welcome to our home! Suitable for couples! The tiny house has a simple standard, but has most of the equipment for a weekend trip or mini-vacation ;) very good bed.
