One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. This is the best location in Summit County, as you can walk to the bike path, main street, or the marina. Newly remodeled 2 story, 1 BR 2 BA condo which has everything you need to have a hassle free getaway in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Upstairs you will find a king sized bed and full bathroom with updated shower and soaker tub. Downstairs the sofa opens up into a Queen sized comfortable bed. You will be completely spoiled in luxury while visiting my home.
