(About 28 km) The cabin is located in Rakkestad municipality. 13 km from the city center with everything you need of shops. 13 km from Rudskogen motor center. 5 km from the left Knolden visitor farm. 44 km from Nordby shopping center at Svinesund. Degernes/Rakkestad and Trømborgfjella, with countless fishing lakes and hiking trails, are within a half-hour drive from the cabin. A 10-minute walk to Ertevannet.

Great apartment, 80 m to the lake

Enjoy the garden, the orangery, the playhouse and the sandbox. Walk 80 meters down to Svaberg and the swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, Frisbee golf and sand volleyball court. Marina and dining place 1 km away. Hiking trails 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, extra mattress topper for sofa bed is in the closet in the laundry room/storage room. 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 child travel bed. Towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used.

Connect to nature in this new small house. Everything is renovated in 2026. The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

The house is located in the heart of Sarpsborg, Kurland/Centrum. 4 min walk to the city center and 4 min walk to the famous "bryggesti". Large and clean house with big balcony and sun all day long. Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

A boat trip (at an additional cost) is also possible. You can quickly and easily reach beautiful bays and viewpoints of the fjord and its flora and fauna via nearby forest paths.

A popular destination where locals picnic.

Nice cottage in a quiet area with sea view. For the 2026 season, AC has been installed. Close to the beach and forest (with paths where you can both run and cycle MTB). Lagunens camping is quite close and there is a mini market, bike rental, mini golf etc. Daftöland which is an exciting amusement park for children and is located about 1km from the cottage.
