Poppy's place is a comfortable guesthouse in Lakewood estate. It is situated close to public transport and is 100 metres to a cafe, a pizza take a way which was voted the best pizza in Frankston (Yummy Pizza) It has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, gas stove, oven and HWS. We have a kitchen, supplied with a toaster, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. We will also provide a continental breakfast. We reside on the premises but you will have your own privacy during your stay.

Tranquil retreat and apartment in Mount Eliza.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
