Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Golf courses, beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking, boat rental, pickleball, fitness center, etc. nearby and available for cost. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

WOW...you will be speechless! Come stay in "Our Little Slice of HEAVEN." A newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. New appliances, wide open areas, and a screened in porch with a swing. A quiet neighborhood with tall pines and a view through the trees of the largest lake in the Village. It has a charcoal grill. There are nine golf courses and 12 lakes in the Unites States largest gated community. A great neighborhood to walk to clear you mind. You will love this place!
