Apartment near the beach. Ideal for families with children. The space has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the living room, we have a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people at bedtime. We have electric showers, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and 1 fan for those who sleep in the living room. Important note: Energy consumption is not included in the daily rate. But I give 20 kilowatt-hours free of charge. Cost per kilowatt: 1.89 The doormen on duty record the initial and final readings together with the guests.
