Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

Welcome in our newly renovated cosy cottage with view over lake Fryken near Sunne. The cottage is situated on our premises but has its own outside area with picnic table and BBQ. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. Enjoy lake Fryken att the nearby beach Öjervik.

There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

You are close to hiking trails, a slalom slope (700 m), golf course (3.4 km), Karlstad with Lerin Museum and Mariebergsskogen (25 km), Västanåteatern (42 km), Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka (34 km), Alma Löv's museum (24 km). You can enjoy the view and nice sunsets when it's nice weather. Possibility to borrow a canoe.
