Confortable and elegant apartament two steps from the beach. Modern building in the centre of es Pujols with elevator and free underground parking. The apartment is full equipped. Includes air conditioner, double bedroom and 2 bathrooms: a smaller and bigger one. Also have a full equipped kitchen and 2 big dinner area inside the apartment and in the terrace with views. The apartment is located in the center of es puyols with private beach entrance in the building.

It is located in La Savina. It is a first floor-duplex consisting of two floors and a terrace. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and a full bathroom en suite. The other, two single beds; there is a second full bathroom. The rest of the floor consists of a living room and a kitchenette. On the second floor, there is a large room with a sofa area with access to a large terrace overlooking the lake. All rooms have air conditioning.
