The soft, cozy and elegantly vintage styled interior is illuminated and warmed with central heating, ambient lighting and a home surround sound entertainment system with karaoke.

Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath cottage with four person barrel sauna at Swinging Bridge Reservoir, Sullivan County's largest motorboat lake. Updated amenities and mid-century and modern furniture provide a welcome respite from the city just 90 miles away. Take in the local scenery, catch a show at the Forestburgh Playhouse or stop into some of the local vineyards and restaurants. The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. Catskill Cube Stargazer’s Paradise

If you are looking for an experience that combines comfort and modern amenities, closeness to nature, and ecological soundness, then look no further. Our modern cube-house is situated in a private meadow on our property and includes a kitchen area, queen-size bed, outdoor hot shower rooftop deck for stargazing, and private composting outhouse house. Cell phone phone service is available through Verizon and AT&T. T-Mobile is hit-or-miss.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.
