The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance and car parking space by your front door ! Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

A cosy cottage in a thriving village. Pretty walled garden with garden furniture. Well equipped, with quality linen, towels. Bathroom with separate bath and great power shower. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two singles which can be zipped together to make a king size. Great Wi-Fi signal. Family friendly, cot and high chair available. Sorry no pets. Two minute walk into the village situated away from the main road on the hillside. Self check in with key box.

Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

The Barn sits slightly apart, reached by a short 5 minute walk from your car, that leaves the everyday behind. It feels more tucked away, more removed. You arrive, settle in, and the pace shifts almost immediately. From there, the days unfold simply, out, back, rest, repeat.
