Nestled at the top of a small typical Gardois village, very close to all amenities (restaurant, bakery, Proxi, doctor...). Less than 20 minutes from Uzès, Nîmes and Alès. 1 hour from the sea, at the foot of the Cevennes.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. The studio of about 35 m2 is composed of a beautiful room with kitchen and a bathroom. It is attached to a large villa of 300 m2 on a plot of 2800 m2 on which you can park. Our family of 6 live in the villa on a daily basis. You can take advantage of the swimming pool and bocce court if weather permits.

Ideal for families seeking the quiet of a village.
