Kjøllsetra Oldcabin

Kjølleseter is located 930 meters above sea level and was built in 1756. Kjølleseter invites you to a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings in Markbulia, Folldal. Markbulia is part of Einunndalen – Norway's longest valley with mountain farms. The farm currently consists of 3 buildings, all of which are available for rent. All buildings have been renovated and refurbished in a condition that will make the stay cozy while being authentic. The farm has beautiful views and the place is perfect for enjoying peace and quiet. Since Kjølleseter is well located in Markbulia, Einunndalen, it is also excellent as a starting point for great mountain trips both on foot and by bike. The contents of the buildings are as follows: Main house: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed), kitchen, fireplace and open solution to the living room, as well as a hallway with space to get ready. The kitchen house: In the kitchen house there are two single beds and a woodstove. Annex: Loft with sleeping space for two (small double bed), open kitchen solution with large dining area and cozy sofa corner. Wood burning stove.

The cabin has a road all the way up, and spacious outdoor areas for activities such as badminton, etc. Good hiking conditions for both forest hikes and mountain hikes. About a five-minute walk down to the river where there is a gazebo, a campfire area, and good fishing conditions for both adults and children. The cabin has electricity and water, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. TV with built-in Chromecast. Good 5G coverage. It is expected that you bring your own bed linens and towels. Spacious cabin with good opportunities for a wonderful vacation with panoramic mountain views of Rondane from the dining room and terraces. Located in scenic surroundings in Folldal, with great hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin has two living rooms (with TV in both), three bedrooms, one room with double bed, one with bunk bed, one with family bed and in addition there is also a loft with 2 mattresses. Bathroom with shower and sauna, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is plenty of space around the table in the dining room.

Cosy house near beautiful mountain areas.

A cozy house on a farmyard, in Folldal. About 5 km from the city center. It is possible to bring a horse, cat or dog, and there is a nice dog yard right outside, and a horse enclosure. Great fishing opportunities, hiking opportunities and ski trails in the near distance. Great opportunities for beautiful hikes in Rondane or some of the other mountain areas here. If you have children, it is a child-friendly house, with toys, a high chair, and a travel bed. Only one of the bedrooms has a bed, but there is a possibility to sleep on a mattress in the office.

Awesome cabin in Folldal, with sun every day and view to Rondane. The cabin is nicely located in the cabin area by the disused mine, and sleeps 6-7 , with two bedrooms and two homes. There is a road all the way to the front, and parking for two cars by the cabin wall. The cabin has running water and electricity, dishwasher and sauna. Everything you need for a nice and relaxing cabin trip, in other words! There are many nice hiking trails and cross country tracks right behind the cabin, and the ski slope half an hour's drive away.

Grimsdalen is an idyllic valley between Dovre and Folldal. Here you can relax and find tranquility in great nature, with many opportunities for activities and trips. Our farmhouse in the mountain farm village Tverrlisetra has a good and pleasant atmosphere, but with modern facilities that make the stay easier. Here you have to cater for yourself, but with solar panel, gas stove and running water. From Tverrlisetra you can find many hiking destinations in easy hiking terrain just outside the door.

"Klettsætra" is located 15 minutes from Folldal center. Drivable from May-November. It has panoramic views of Rondane; perfect for peace, hiking and hunting. There is room for 5-7 people; two double beds (180 cm and 120 cm) and a bunk bed (75 cm above/120 cm below). The cabin has a solar panel, simple lighting, a refrigerator (60l), and power outlets (USB and 12V). No running water, but watetanks ​​and outdoor toilet are available. Tolls on arrival. Bed linen included. Wash not included.
