Ønsker du en rolig hytteferie ved vakre Lauvsjøen? Vi har en nydelig hytte som vi dessverre ikke får brukt så mye som vi skulle ønske – derfor leier vi den gjerne ut når vi ikke bruker den selv! Hytta ligger fredelig og usjenert til, helt for seg selv, med bilvei helt frem (bomvei). Her har du naturen rett utenfor døra – perfekte turområder og gode fiskemuligheter. Fiskekort kjøpes på nett. Enten du vil fiske, gå tur, eller bare koble helt av i stille omgivelser – her ligger alt til rette.

Welcome to Skotvik holiday house. In Skotvik, you can relax in peaceful surroundings, go on a mountain hike or take a trip to the sea and fish with the 18-foot aluminum boat that is located by the jetty. Registered, tourist export of fish is permitted. Aluminum boat with 20 HP motor for rent. (Included in weekly rent). Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee. Cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, or clean yourself. 3 km to shop, Coop Marked Naustbukta.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of the World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cabin is located alone without neighbors and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails on Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or cycle a trip to see the famous Ørnerovet. Perfekt for familier, små grupper eller par som ønsker et hyggelig opphold i Namdalen. Leiligheten har to soverom – begge med hver sin dobbeltseng – samt to ekstra madrasser som kan brukes ved behov. Du får tilgang til egen kjellerstue, kjøkken, treningsrom, et nytt bad med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel.
