It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Dear guests, welcome to our home! Our house is located in the most beautiful square in a very beautiful place. We offer two accommodations and also live and work here. Right by our house is the Renaissance castle Ponitz with a park, the church with a famous organ and the village pond. We are easily accessible via the A4 or by S-Bahn. Everything you would need to buy, such as groceries or gasoline, is available in Meerane, so just around the corner. We also have a parking space.

Medium sized, styled apartment in Schmölln.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
