studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Located in the quiet Zeeland countryside, close to Grijpskerke and the capital Middelburg, not far from the clean Walcheren beaches and the Veerse Meer. This luxury studio is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the outdoors with all amenities within cycling distance. The luxury sofa bed in the living room can also accommodate 4 people. The view from the dining table or from the terrace is breathtaking.

Located in the center of Middelburg, you will find this characteristic and spacious apartment. The apartment is located in a former coach house, built in the year 1750. It features a private entrance and a rustic city garden with picnic table. The apartment is located in the historic city center on an inner canal. The Markt with cozy pubs and terraces is within a 5-minute walking distance. The train station, shops and a large supermarket are also a 5-minute walk away.

During the week I live here myself, and on weekends I like to share my house with couples who love peace, space and good facilities to experience a wonderful weekend together. Built in 1840 and all modern amenities (complete kitchen, stove, luxury box spring, WiFi and television) are available to enjoy together so that you return home recharged and rested.

The house is tastefully furnished with authentic details and equipped with every comfort. From candle to extra sofa bed for your fifth guest. Do you like to cook? Then you will find everything you need in the kitchen. Prefer to eat out? Then you are in the middle of countless good restaurants.

DE ZEVENKLAPPER, sleeping by the sea.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from downtown. You will find here an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the box spring in the morning, you bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Have a coffee on your private terrace in the morning sun. Jump in the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor in the city center

This renovated apartment is located in one of the most emblematic streets of Middelburg. Right in the heart of the city, restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural attractions and public transport are steps away. Breakfast in the patio, to the abbey, wandering around the city and closing the evening with (self-prepared) dinner and a visit to the local cinema. All the ingredients for a carefree stay in Middelburg and our BnB.

Vacation home in Dishoek near the beach

This beautiful house is located in Dishoek, in the immediate vicinity of the beach (about 5 min walk), it has been expanded and renovated in 2022 by an annex. The house is flexible, with the whole family or even with the cone club. Shops for everyday needs can be found in Koudekerke or Vlissingen. A beautiful weekly market takes place in Vlissingen on Fridays and there are also shops for strolling.
