We have tranquility, birdsong, accessibility to nearby neighborhoods, fair price in cozy and well-equipped accommodations. We charge pet and visitor fees.

Ideal for couples looking to celebrate love, friends looking to get together and enjoy nature, families who want peace and quiet, or writers and artists looking for inspiration.

High-end house - the best of the city and the countryside

It is a very comfortable house, with spacious and airy environments; close to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. All environments are air-conditioned. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites with Jacuzzi, king-size beds and orthopedic mattresses for up to 15 guests. It has a large party area with a barbecue grill and 5 private parking spaces. For events of up to 45 people, you can have access to the fire pit and tree house (hire separately)

It has a washer and dryer, microwave, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, gas cooktop, 40-inch Smart TV, dishes, bed linens and towels.

A cabin in the midst of nature, in the south of the island of Florianópolis. Far enough to be in peace, and close enough to enjoy the beach. Located 300 meters from Matadeiro Beach and Armaçāo Beach and 13 km from Florianópolis International Airport. The Tucano hut is on a plot with other huts, please note that there will be other guests transiting near the Tucano hut.
