Enjoy a new, semi-detached house, completed in 2019, a 5-minute walk to Canasvieiras beach and with many facilities: a market next door and also an open shopping mall with shops and cafeterias on the corner. The house is decorated in yellow with screens and bars on the windows and doors for your safety, and has a 18000 BTU Air-Conditioner that keeps the summer heat away! Enjoy the common area with a barbecue and parking. Born on the island, I have great tips about the region.
