I have a tenant in a separate apartment in part of the basement, he has his own private entrance and garden and will not affect your stay☺️

The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

Detached small house with garden in a popular residential area in Oksval, Nesodden. Less than a ten-minute walk to the bus stop with a shuttle bus to Nesoddbåten. The Nesoddbåten goes to Aker Brygge and takes about 22 minutes. A short distance to Oksval beach and the coastal path. Walking distance to Hellviktangen with a café, concert stage and gallery. Near Sunnaas Hospital.

PARKING: The free garage spot must be booked at the same time as the reservation of the apartment. There is a 200 meters walk. You can check in your luggage before parking. CURTAINS: There is a long pole to open loft windows and close loft window curtains. Use with caution. In the main bed room: Use the pillows in the couch to block out the sun from the circular window.
