Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Relax in this unique newly-renovated accommodation in the heart of Bohuslän. Here you live with lovely sea views mostly sheltered and can enjoy long summer evenings under the roof. You live in a basement apartment and have a sheltered patio that offers a charcoal grill for pleasant dinners overlooking the cozy harbor. View also from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. You can take an evening dip from the jetties further out in the harbor or at our "own" cliff bath with evening sun on the headland. If you want bed linens/towels, text, there is an extra charge.

The apartment is 90 sqm divided into 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room + 1 sofa bed in one room so there is a bed for 8 people, TV room, fully tiled bathroom with washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Patio and barbecue available. Parking is available. The area offers several swimming areas, both rocks and open water. Tångenbadet is a real gem about 700 meters from the apartment. The football field and small playground are 30 meters away. Proximity to shops and restaurants about 800 meters.

Enjoy all year round in a unique picturesque environment. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation near the sea, about 100 meters to swimming. Center with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health center, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or bring a picnic to Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

The apartment is normally rented to 2 people but since there are 2 extra beds, it is also suitable for a family with children. Double bed in private bedroom. The 2 extra beds are in the living room. Approximately 2-3 km to the city center, shops, bus stop. Free parking for 1 car.
