Beautiful 19th Century house in a secluded setting overlooking the Vienne river. A perfect space to unwind, relax and recharge, with beautiful woodland views all around. The whole house is included; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, half-covered patio and large garden with an island and 100m of river frontage There is a house manual with all the info you need for a wonderful break! Arrivals any time after 4pm and departure please by 11am to allow for cleaning.

Calm 6 persons house with garden near Limoges

This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

Downstairs, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, cottage cheese) in the neighboring farm.
