Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal city. The Annex consists of 2 rooms. One bathroom and living room and kitchen in one. The living room can be turned into a sleeping area. The sofa can be turned into a sofa bed and there are also two travel beds. The kitchen consists of a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the equipment needed for cooking. Space for 1 car. No smoking inside or partying.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Bakery, seafood and grocery store are nearby. It is about an 8 min walk along the jetty to many tempting outdoor restaurants in Arendal city center.
