Cozy family friendly cabin at Hovden cabin field in Engerdal with views of the lake mountains. The cabin has a large fenced terrace with garden furniture, awning and gas grill in addition to the barbecue area with benches and fire pit on the upper side of the cabin. Rented to adult tenants are welcome to families with children. Dogs allow if it is washed and vacuumed well on departure. Final cleaning can be ordered for NOK 1,800. Here you live in a newly built elegant cottage in a wonderful environment, overlooking the mighty Hamrafjället and close to slopes, cross-country skiing, snowmobile trails, cycling, hiking and fishing. Open between the kitchen and sofa in the living room with a crackling fire and fantastic views of the mountain landscape as a mood enhancer. Renovated living room without electricity and water.

The cabin is located freely and undisturbed with a view to the east. It is recently renovated and in old style without electricity and water but with a wood-fired sauna you can use. Water can be found in the tank on the outside or in the well down the road. The kitchen has a stove and fridge that runs on gas. Here you have early sun in the morning and long sunset in the evening. Hiking trails you can walk, cycle or ride along are right outside the cabin door. A small pond is located 100 meters from the cabin and here is the sauna.

Welcome to Mikkelbu, a sheltered family-friendly holiday home with plenty of space and good standard in proximity to nature with a private road. The cabin is located just 50 meters from a sheltered sandy beach and fishing lake with trout. The place is known for good fishing in summer and winter. There are also no visible neighboring cabins, the nearest cabin is about 300 meters away. The place was part of the renovation program "Adventurous renovation" in 2019 and has a very special atmosphere and great furnishings.

FISHING RIGHTS & POSSIBILITY TO RENT A BOAT BY APPOINTMENT. SUN FROM MORNING TO EVENING, WHEN IT COMES. THERE IS ONLY A CERAMIC STOVE TOP IN THE RORBUA.

The former storage space of our house from 1947, we have converted into a cozy vacation home for a maximum of 4 people. You get your own entrance, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a living room with dining area, bunk bed and a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooker, and a microwave oven. Quiet forests, clear lakes, water, electricity, heating, WiFi and bedding are included. Electric cars can be charged, and a washer-dryer can be used for a fee.
