Picklewood Cottage is a delightful, detached, lovingly-restored, cottage in a picturesque rural location, in the heart of the Northumbrian countryside, 0.5 mile from the village of Longframlington. All on one level, it has a king-sized bedroom and a twin. The lounge/dining area is open plan with exposed beams, a log-burning fire and a smart TV with Netflix. Outside there is an enclosed garden with seating, BBQ and beautiful, picturesque open views. Electric car charging available for a fee.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

The Byre, Bog Mill Cottages, edge of Alnwick

The Byre at Bog Mill, Alnwick is situated down a quarter mile private track and overlooks the River Aln, on the outskirts of Alnwick and three miles from coast. A spacious self contained cottage for two with double bedroom. Open plan living area with feature arched windows overlooking the garden. Safe parking is adjacent to the cottage and secure storage for bicycles is available. EV charger available. WiFi is free of charge within the cottage. No smoking. No pets.

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Beaufront Hill Head

Built in 1780, this thick -walled cosy cottage has historic charm with modern comforts. South facing with stone walled garden, from which you can survey a spectacular view 20 miles deep and 35 miles wide over the Tyne valley. The cottage is at 700 feet above sea level and you feel you are on the roof of England. It is situated in a quiet rural location 2 miles from both Hexham and Corbridge and half an hour from Newcastle.

Farriers View is a beautifully renovated stone-built cottage, thoughtfully extended and finished to the highest standard. Now a spacious and luxurious four-bedroom retreat, it overlooks the village green and enjoys views toward the local pub. Just a five-minute walk from the leisure facilities at Village Farm, all complimentary for our guests. The cottage also boasts its own private hot tub for the ultimate in relaxation.

Sleeping up to four people in comfort and style, Riverside Cottage is in the centre of Northumberland between Morpeth and Alnwick, a perfect base to explore the area.

West Lodge is a cozy 1890 gate house by the river

West Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. with a cozy wood burner, there is spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen, with a lovely view out to the river Coquet.
