Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and parquet on over 60m2. Very good infrastructure, bus, train, next bike, shopping. Wi-Fi available Bikes / e-bikes can be stored.

Die Wohnung wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Man erreicht sie durch einen eigenen Eingang im grünen Hinterhof des Hauses. In 13 Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Kiellinie und in 5 Minuten im Zentrum der belebten Holtenauer Straße. Parken rundum das Haus ist meist problemlos. Ansonsten gibt es auf der Holtenauer Straße fußläufig entfernt ein Parkhaus. Bäckereien, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Drogerien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mittendrin, tatsächlich.

Freshly renovated designer apartment just 350 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully furnished for a relaxing stay. Towels, bed sheets, fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi included. Delicious rolls are available nearby at REWE. REWE is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right by the house. And the best part... the beach and Olympia harbor are close by. ...just move in and feel at ease right away.

The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
