The apartment is 30 sqm, perfect for 2 people, the bed in the living room can be opened, and can accommodate 1 more person if needed. Great location: Budapest is 45 minutes away, Lake Balaton is 35 minutes away, Bakony, Vértes is 25 minutes away. There are many attractions in our city: Árpád Bath, Sóstó Wildlife Center, the pleasant downtown , Bory Castle, and more. Coming for business?: industrial parks can be reached by car in a short time.

Dőlj hátra és lazíts ezen a nyugodt, stílusos helyen. Nálunk igazán otthon érezheted magad! De mi is az, ami itt vár téged? Kényelmes és tágas franciaágy, Netflix, teljeskörűen felszerelt konyha és gyönyörű fürdőszoba. Vendégházunkba önállóan be tudsz jutni kulcsszéf segítségével 15 h után bármikor amikor neked kényelmes. Nem probléma, ha nem tudod előre biztosan hogy mikor érkezel vagy ha késik a géped. Reggel kérjük, hogy 10 h-ig hagyd el a házat és tedd vissza a széfbe a kulcsot.

Holiday house near Velence lake

Near Lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. walk) is our cottage. It is ideal for 6-7 people. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play football. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. We live next to the guest house, you can always come to us with your questions. Fesztiválozóknak, bulizóknak (Efott+B My Lake-re érkezők), hangoskodóknak a szállást nem adjuk ki.

Enjoy the fresh air and relax

Relax all around the year! If you are not here for the busy and overcrowded downtown feeling, look further no more. I grew up here and would like to share my life as it was: happy family moments shared with friends. This place is perfect to spend couple of days to weeks for family reunion in a calm and relaxed surroundings. The area is cut by a massive forest from the center so the air quality is perfect, you will be disturbed by birds and squirrels most likely:)

In this little cottage near Lake Balaton, you can relax, cycle, swim in the lake, explore Budapest (an hour's drive or 90 minutes by train) or just explore the surroundings. In 10 minutes' walk you can reach one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Hungary: the high beach. The great Balaton cycle path also passes by here. Coffees and restaurants are always nearby... Hen and stag parties and loud parties are not allowed in the apartment.

Walnut apartment! Relax in the fresh air!

The house is located at 300 m from the North beach of Venice (the location of the EFOTT) and 300-400 m from the high-traffic main roads. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking, and relaxing. The outside house has a sauna and two sup boards. Exterior covered enclosure is available for car storage.
