It is ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: On 450 square meters over three floors extend the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen and an exclusive spa area with its own sauna and relaxation area. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house to the south-west, with a view of the Gutspark. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.
