Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Guest suite is a small annexe , an independent part of our Family home . Self contained with it’s own private entrance it has a double bedroom with sitting area , en suite and a separate small kitchen with self catering facility consisting of microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and fridge. Tv, Wi Fi parking in the drive or free on street parking. Guests have exclusive use of suite. The property is well located in a quiet residential area 10 to 15 minute walk from City Centre.

Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. Urquhart Bay Barn, situated at the Urquhart Bay Viewpoint, is a charming and spacious self-catering renovation, with two bedrooms (one can be either two single beds or a king size bed), completed to a very high standard, with stunning views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart from the dining area window and gardens. We are just a few minutes walk from the iconic Urquhart Castle. The Barn itself is built with stone taken from Urquhart Castle in the late 1800s.

This renovated cottage is an executive quality, two bedroom cottage in an upmarket district of Inverness which is only a 10 minutes walk to the city centre, five minutes from Inverness Castle. The cottage was built in 1880 and Inverness has since grown up around the cottage which once stood on open farmland. Many of the top Inverness restaurants and bars are located near by. All visitors to the Highlands are welcome.
