Stylish annex nr Wrexham/Chester

This self contained annex is in the heart of Holt village next to the river Dee and the England/Wales border. It has all village amenities (pubs, shops, takeaways, post office) in walking distance. It is a great location to access Chester, Wrexham and North Wales. The annex is recently refurbished with a kitchenette and en suite. It is very comfortable, private and completely separate from the main house where the hosts live. It is opposite a bus stop where buses go to Chester and Wrexham.

A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.

Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.
