We offer a villa consisting of four bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room, a balcony, a large terrace, and a large 1600 m2 patio. The villa has just been renovated and is equipped with all appliances, a pool table, and a massage chair. The house is located in the mountains of the Sierra de Espadan, 38 kilometers from the beaches of Benicàssim, 8 minutes from the town of Onda, where you will find supermarkets, a market, pharmacies and shops. House NOT SUITABLE for celebrations and parties!

The place is ideal if you are looking to disconnect from urban stress and if you also like history, since it is a rural stone construction (18th century) located in the old town of the small town of Ludiente. La Casa de Piedra, a window to paradise

The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.
