This is my part-time home so, there's everything you need, including games, kitchen essentials, a comfy king size bed & 2 parking spaces. The cosy living room has a large dining table and a double comfy sofa bed. Perfect if you like a bold, colourful and clean place to stay. * This ground floor flat is not suited for most people with mobility issues. There is a sofa bed & the main bed is on a platform.

The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

Originally an old cattle byre, it's an idyllic countryside bolt hole and a brilliant base for visiting nearby York or the beautiful East Coast beaches. Come and make yourselves at home in our well-equipped, cosy bungalow. Relax in the gorgeous garden and enjoy the view of Garrowby Hill. Accessible yet private, we are lucky enough to be on a bus route into York or nearby Pocklington.

The Garden Suite

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! Not suitable for children. Please make your that both guests are happy with the house rules before booking. A lovely Suite overlooking the courtyard and garden to which you have free access. Pocklington is 2 miles, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. The local pub is ten minutes walk. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.
